IS ASTUTE NANNIES A UK BASED AGENCY?

Astute Nannies is primarily based in the UK. Our placements vary all over the UK from London to Edinburgh. We do offer our services abroad.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

We provide you the service that all agencies offer, however what makes us different is that our clients all receive a top tier service and are guided through the whole hiring process with ongoing support beyond the interviews.

Our agency recognises that the hiring process needs to be quick and efficient, however equally dealt with precision. That is why the thorough screening process is already done for you including interviews when your candidates are referred.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF A FULL TIME NANNY?

The normal full time hours are between 35-40 hours per week.

ARE YOUR NANNIES FULLY SCREENED?

Our nannies are fully screened;

DBS/Police check
Two interviews prior to their CV being released to potential clients
Minimum of three references checked
All documents and qualification's verified

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TIME FOR ME TO FIND A NANNY?

We usually have screened candidates ready for interview but it depends what your needs are. If we don't have any candidates that suit you, we will carry out the search and the screening process. The average time is 4 weeks.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE NANNY SALARY IN LONDON?

It all depends on the experience of the candidate, However the starting rate is usually £14ph Gross.
When you register with us we will provide you with the resources relevant to your placement.

DOES ASTUTE NANNIES OFFER THEIR SERVICES OVERSEAS?
