Experienced Live-in Nanny for 5-year-old Girl – Dubai

A fully staffed household in Dubai is seeking a warm, professional, and engaging nanny to care exclusively for their 5-year-old daughter. She has older brothers with their own nanny, so your role will be solely focused on her development and wellbeing. The position is live-in, working 12 hours per day, 6 days per week (12/6 schedule), with a private apartment provided.

Duties include:

• Sole charge of the 5-year-old girl

• Encouraging her English language development through fluent, confident conversation

• Organising fun, age-appropriate games and activities

• Being a positive role model and supportive presence

• Planning playdates and social activities

• Travelling internationally with the family as needed

• Working closely with other household staff to maintain smooth routines

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker (essential)

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional childcare experience, ideally with children of a similar age

• Strong early years knowledge and ability to create engaging, stimulating activities

• Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (or local equivalent)

• Excellent references from previous long-term placements

Accommodation & Contract:

• Live-in position with a private apartment provided

• 12/6 working schedule

• Minimum 2-year contract
