Full-Time Live-in Nanny – Dubai, UAE

Our client in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and qualified live-in nanny for their two boys aged 3 and 5. Their current nanny, who has been with the family for 4 years, is moving on, and they are looking for a dedicated, professional, and engaging candidate to join their household team.

Duties include:

• School drop-off and pick-up

• Planning and overseeing stimulating afternoon activities

• Coordinating with other household staff to ensure smooth routines

• Organising playdates and age-appropriate outings

• Creating fun, educational, and engaging activities tailored to the children’s interests and development

• Travelling internationally with the family as required

Hours & Contract:
This is a live-in position working 12 hours per day, 6 days per week (12/6 schedule). A private apartment is provided, and the family are seeking someone able to commit to a minimum 2-year contract.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional childcare experience

• Previous long-term nanny placements

• Enhanced DBS check (or local equivalent)

• Paediatric First Aid certificate

• Excellent references

The ideal candidate will:

• Be warm, professional, and highly organised

• Have a genuine passion for supporting early childhood development

• Be confident in working as part of a staffed household, whilst taking initiative in the children’s care and routines

• Be flexible, discreet, and happy to travel with the family
